Rio Metro makes every effort to return lost property left on buses or trains.

  • Items found on the New Mexico Rail Runner Express will be turned in to the customer service center on Mondays and Fridays and are held for 30 days.
  • When you call, please provide a detailed description of the lost property.
  • To claim recovered property, please have a valid state issued ID.
  • Recovered property may be picked up Monday through Friday.
