The Mid-Region Council of Governments (MRCOG) provides planning services for the counties of Bernalillo, Valencia, Torrance, Sandoval, and southern Santa Fe in the areas of transportation, agriculture, workforce development, land-use, water, and economic development. MRCOG also serves as the administrative entity for the Rio Metro Regional Transit District.
